Founder

Nicole Dominguez

Founded by Nicole Dominguez, the company is rooted in a strong foundation of media strategy and brand development. Nicole has led initiatives across The Gottman Institute, Real Love Ready and wellness collaborations with CanSea haircare, Mint, Clink, and Men's Journal. Nicole brings a results-driven approach that connects creative vision with measurable growth.

Creative Director - Brands

Ellen D. Williams

Brand storytelling is led by Ellen D Williams, whose background in film and entertainment brings a cinematic perspective to every project. Her work includes collaborations with ABC, FOX, and shapes narratives that translate into visually compelling, multi-platform campaigns. You may recognize her as Patrice from the long running hit show, How I Met Your Mother.

Director of Beauty

Linda Wong

Beauty direction is led by Linda Wong, an internationally recognized makeup artist whose clients include Dr. Julie Gottman, Dr. John Gottman, and campaigns for KATU Lifestyle. Her work has been featured in Psychology Today and Kinfolk and she brings a editorial sensibility to every production.

Human Resources

Clara

Morale, culture, and daily joy are overseen by Clara, our unofficial Head of Human Resources. Clara specializes in boosting team energy, maintaining a positive studio environment, and ensuring everyone takes the occasional break. While her methods lean more toward enthusiasm than policy, her impact on team culture is undeniable.
